449. Meditation is a ‘wake up’ call!

  1. Meditation is a deep romance with oneself. Who else can be more intimate to you than yourself?
  2. Meditation will open out all the talents that you know you have and you don’t know you have.
  3. With meditation, your understanding, sensitivity and receptivity will increase multifold.
  4. Meditation is sheer intimacy with the Divine.
  5. In prayer, you talk to God. In meditation, you keep quiet so God can talk to you!
  6. When you become a meditator, others will derive strength from you.
  7. Your very existence is meditative. If you understand this, you will not ask how to meditate.
  8. When you pray, you pray to God. When you meditate, you become God.
  9. Infusing silence into your unconscious is what I call meditation.
  10. Meditation heals and integrates your being.
  11. Living every moment in total awareness is meditation.
  12. Turiya or samadhi is the space of thoughtless awareness where intuition and intelligence are expressed.
  13. The whole process of meditation is to start communing and finding the silence within you.
  14. Meditation is just being blissful in the moment.
  15. Meditation is needed to infuse deep awareness into both your waking state and deep sleep state.
  16. Meditation is a proven way to improve concentration and memory power.
  17. You will be amazed to find how much love rises and floods your being when you enter into meditation.
  18. Meditation makes the psychological revolution happen in your inner space.
  19. When the psychological revolution has happened in you, anything you do becomes meditation.
  20. Nithya Dhyaan will prepare your body and mind to experience the state of pure consciousness and bliss.
  21. Nithyam means understanding the truths. Dhyanam means internalizing all these truths. Anandam means living them. That is why I say, Nithyam, Dhyanam, Anandam.
  22. Samadhi means reaching the source of your being.
