2012 Truth, Not Just Prophecy
Is It The End Of The World As Predicted By Nostradamus' Apocalypse?
Is it the end of Time as per the Mayan Calendar?
Is it the end of Low Consciousness, the beginning of the Age of Enlightenment?
Foreword
The year '2012' is the most researched word in the Internet today. It is the subject of countless articles and prophecies, including those of Nostradamus. It is the warn of the end of human time. A dreadful climax is forecast by science.
Yet other voices say that it heralds a stunning leap in human consciousness. The world still awaits a definitive verdict. Is this an end or a beginning for humanity? Perhaps the date for the world as we know it to end?
South Hindu mystic THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is an enlightened spiritual master and living incarnation. A guiding light for millions, he reveals the truth of the '2012 shift in human consciousness'.
THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM was the Keynote VIP Speaker at the 4th Alchemy Event: Metamorphosis 11.11.11 held November 11 to 13, 2011 in Los Angeles, California USA. This event was streamed live for global audience in addition to onsite attendees. At the event, he spoke on 2012, its effect on Planet Earth and humanity, and how we can prepare for the inevitable conscious transition.
Significance Of 2012
The year 2012 is the most talked-about subject in the worlds of both media and mysticism.
The calendars of ancient cultures except the Vedic civilization come to an end in 2012. This has been foretold by the ancient Mayan calendar, the ancient Chinese oracle – The Book of Changes (易經, Yì Jīng, I Ching), and many other prophetic sources.
The 2012 phenomenon comprises the range of beliefs and proposals positing transformative events will occur in the year 2012 culminating in the winter solstice on December 21st. Arguments supporting this are drawn from the mixture of archaeoastronomical speculation, alternative interpretations of mythology, numerological constructions, and prophecies from extraterritorial beings.
Even modern technological prediction methods like the Web Bot Project forecast a cataclysm of some sort that will devastate our planet in 2012.
The Web Bot Project is a system of Internet bots or web robots, sometimes also known as spiders. The technology study software, language and words by crawling across every webpage on the Internet, monitoring news articles, blogs, forums, and other forms of Internet chatter, searching for and collecting keywords.
These keywords along with the text before and after them are then interpreted to form a body of knowledge used to gauge the collective unconsciousness of humanity. It
has accurately predicted many events including the 9/11 tragedy in 2001 and Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The Web Bot Project has predicted major catastrophe in 2012.
Certain predictions about how the world could end in 2012 (like alignment with a black hole, collision with a rogue planet, or polar shifts) have been rejected as pseudoscience by the scientific community. THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM too rejects this with his spiritual authority.
A metaphysical interpretation of this transition points that, during this time, the planet and its inhabitants may undergo a positive physical or spiritual transformation. To transform, you only need tremendous courage – the courage to accept your past and the readiness to go beyond it, without having shyness or without holding on to any judgment.
THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM trust the statement that 2012 marks the beginning of a new era of conscious experience. Every religion has its spiritual components and religious components. More spiritual components are going to become popular in all the religions!
Conversely, some people believe that 2012 marks the beginning of an apocalypse – a total devastation or doom for Planet Earth. THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM does not believe this is going to happen. He also does not see any big natural calamity happening due to 'global warming'.
Both these ideas have been widely discussed and debated in numerous books, television documentaries, and have spread around the world through websites and discussion groups on the Internet. It is beyond the scope of this work to explore the myriad references and implications of the 2012 predictions. 2012 seems to impinge on our daily lives in ways that refuse to be ignored.
THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM says, 'There will not be any destruction for Planet Earth. But there will be a huge conscious explosion. Even if you are a little prepared, you will be pushed into jīvan mukti, a new consciousness.'
It is commonly believed that the events expected to unfold in December 2012 were set in motion in December 2009. Since then, we have witnessed a number of volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis, snowstorms, floods and tornadoes around the globe. Natural disasters are happening with increasing frequency and strength, getting more and more costly as well as deadly. Though an impactful record in itself, this might only be a sneak preview of the greater changes that are poised to happen in our planet in the foreseeable future.
As any geologist will tell you, the upheavals we perceive on the surface are only indicative of a still more powerful disturbance simmering below. In fact, in Nature, any upheaval is understood to be an expression of a deeper cleansing and balancing process, the magnitude of which we are often unaware.
Exactly such an upheaval is being predicted in 2012, on the level of human consciousness. Discussions of consciousness are generally beyond the scope of intellect, and often provoke mental resistance. However, as Galileo retorted when forced to revoke his statements on heliocentricity, 'What is happening will continue to happen whether we accept it or not.'
We do not need to look far for the symptoms of drastic changes. In our own neighborhood, the gross rise of materialism on one side is paralleled by an equally steep increase in the number of people desperately seeking spiritual meaning in their lives. Crime, depression and moral depravity are flourishing side by side with high aspirations and mysticism.
There is an apparent contradiction here, but this could be because we are observing the phenomenon from the finest vantage point – the moment of transition. It is like that one precious instant when, perched at the very top of a Ferris wheel, we are free to survey the whole panorama of light and shade, spread out on both sides.
According to Vedic philosophy, human civilization evolves from a state of utter ignorance to one of complete enlightenment, in a cyclic movement which takes hundreds of centuries. We are now in Kali Yuga (the age of ignorance), making the difficult transition into Satya Yuga (the age of enlightenment). In a terrific churn that is gripping both the inner and outer worlds, all that is excessive and unsuitable in our world, in our personalities and our lives, is being ripped away, so that we may shine forth in elemental splendor.
In a sense, this is payback time. We may say that natural calamities occur to set right the imbalances caused by the atrocities we have committed on Nature. However, they might also serve to create a new space in which regeneration can occur.
For instance, as the result of the powerful earthquakes which shook Chile in 2010 and Japan in 2011, seismologists estimate that the axis of the earth has shifted slightly, redistributing the Earth's mass, increasing its speed of rotation, shortening the length of the day, and altering the planet's magnetic field. The geologic effect is almost imperceptible, but the energetics of such a shift could have wide implications for humanity.
As sentient beings, we are continuously exchanging energetic information with every aspect of our environment. The earth itself is a giant energetic entity, and its vibrations are continuously affecting our biorhythms and our mental patterns. The functioning of the human brain can be altered by magnetic signals. In fact, magnetic therapy is one method used to cure chronic depression.
Magnetic therapy employs only a tiny magnetic field to induce positive vibrations. It is difficult to imagine what might happen when the magnetic field of the earth itself is altered. How powerful might be the changes in consciousness we can expect!
And this is only the beginning. The impending alignment of our planet with the Galactic Center is an event that occurs only once in about 26,000 years. In a process that will last about ten years, the earth will be linked by an open channel to higher energies from other dimensions. The tectonic and volcanic activity we are witnessing today is no more than our planet 'getting ready' to flush out her old patterns and welcome this new energy surge and the consequent transformation.
The kind of transformation we are speaking of is at a level far deeper than the mind. These energies have the
power to catapult us to a higher level of consciousness, characterized by clarity, harmony, creativity, and blissful living. As many spiritual teachers have said, 'Energy is Consciousness.'
The primary spiritual text of the Vedas, the Īśāvāsya Upaniṣad, opens with the lines:
Sanskrit: CzÉÉuÉÉxrÉqÉç CSqÉç xÉuÉïqÉç Transliteration: īśāvāsyamidaṁ sarvaṁ Translation: All that exists is an expression of the Divine
All that exists is nothing but Consciousness; even this material world we are living in, even our bodies, even the cup of coffee you may be holding in your hand right now.
But we need not concern ourselves with the metaphysics of the issue if we do not wish to. It is sufficient for us to appreciate that we face two distinct choices: either to integrate ourselves harmoniously with the higher energies flowing toward us and take the quantum leap into a higher state of consciousness, or to continue to live in denial till we are swept away by the tide of inevitable change.
A Perspective From The Supreme Pontiff Of Hinduism Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam
Understand, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is not predicting anything. He is presenting a few truths about 2012 based on his own experience and study of it.
An enlightened master's body is completely tuned to the subtle changes happening in the cosmos. Particularly, his body slips into samādhi when his breathing gets activated into a particular rhythm.
Samādhi is an altered, elevated state of consciousness. 'Slipping into samādhi' means the body goes out of control; a lack of motor coordination, kind of like being inside a big balloon.
One morning THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM was running on the treadmill. His body was constantly falling into samādhi. Within 60 seconds, his body was kicked into samādhi 42 times. But he was not losing his balance. His physical body was nicely matched with the samādhi state of consciousness. For the first time, samādhi and physical balance were present together.
Fewer Thoughts, More Actions
He started contemplating this experience. How and why was it happening?
When he meditated on it, an important truth was revealed.
There IS going to be violation of the law of physics, because the center of the Planet Earth is going to lose its power over you. There is going to be a subtle change in the power which it has over you by pulling itself intensely towards its center. As a result, the strength of gravity is reducing.
Please understand, through the current shifts of Nature, your weight is getting reduced by a very small fraction. Your physical weight is going to reduce may be by a few micro milligrams (nanograms).
Physically you may not experience it now; physically it may not be big for you. But one important thing you need to understand, it will have a huge psychological effect because even your thoughts have mass. It means that if the gravitational power starts reducing in a subtle way, your body can move with 'less thought' and 'more action'.
For example, in present time, for you to get up from your chair, go to the kitchen, have dinner, and come back, you need one hundred thoughts. By 2012 and beyond, you may need only forty thoughts – without doing any spiritual practice! Please understand, this will happen because the centre of the Earth is reducing its power to pull everything towards its centre. What will be its effect on human beings?
That was the next subject of contemplation. If gravity is continuously reducing, one can say maybe that the Earth's centre is deciding consciously to relax a little bit, to reduce the gravitational force.
So by 2012, all objects will physically weigh less. If something is one ton now, by 2012, the object's exact weight may be 6 milligrams less, but it will be a physically measurable reduction in weight. These 6 milligrams may not be a large amount on the physical plane. But it is something extraordinary in the inner space.
You see, even thoughts have mass. When the pull is getting reduced, your body can act with less thinking. It is going to have a huge effect on human beings.
There are many types of weight reductions. You may lose muscles, which is bad for you. You may lose bad cholesterol, which is good for you. But now, beyond bad and good, you are going to lose your engrams (thoughts patterns you carry)! If you are going to lose 10 micro milligram of engrams, it is going to be directly the greatest benefit to your consciousness.
THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM wanted all of you to know this important truth. By 2012, first, even if you do not do anything you are going to weigh less physically; second, you will need less number of thoughts for the same action.
Depression Vs. Bliss
There are two categories of human beings. One group aligns itself inward, with fewer and fewer thoughts, through various practices such as meditation, yoga, unclutching, etc. The other group aligns itself outward – through more thoughts, entertainment, movies, Internet, games, business, and profession. Understand, when the huge pattern of thoughts is taken away from you, even if it is one micro milligram of weight taken away from you, it means that almost 10,000 janmas (life cycles) of sanchita karma (one's past karmas) is taken away from you! It is not a joke! All of you can just levitate and fly!
On the other hand, if you are a more thought-based person, this taking away of engrams from you is going to bring tremendous suffering to you.
If you are used to being with less thought, if you are in tune with that feeling of having fewer thoughts, you will call the new effect peacefulness and bliss. If you are not habituated for a lifestyle with fewer thoughts, you are going to call it depression.
Understand, people who are not conscious enough, intelligent enough, and aware enough to be comfortable with less thought and more action are going to unconsciously label their experience as depression. If you have prepared your body and mind for fewer number of thoughts, you are going to experience the effect as 'enlightenment'. The choice is in your hands.
Be Inward
Understand, it is whether you are 'inward' or 'outward' that is going to play the major role. All the 'inward' persons are going to have enlightenment. All the 'extroverts' will face depression. So be inward. This is not a threat; this is merely the facts. The more mental patterns you have, the worse the suffering is going to be. Fewer thoughts you have, more bliss, peace and explosion of consciousness will happen.
When you are aligned more and more to this space of no thoughts, you experience and express intelligence and spontaneity, and life will be a journey of bliss and peace towards more bliss and more peace, towards super bliss and super peace!
Whether 2012 is a doomsday or an enlightenment day is your choice. This is what is going to take place. How you are going to prepare yourself is going to decide whether it is a doomsday or an enlightenment day for you.
Thought-Based Vs. Unclutched (Enlightened) Civilization
Understand, all civilizations which are thought-based, constantly driving you to think, think, think, think, think, and to believe that thoughts are productivity, will experience an epidemic of depression. This includes any civilization where thinking is celebrated, where thinking is equated to productivity, where thinking is equated to being alive. In these cultures, thinking is important even for entertainment; thinking itself becomes an entertainment.
All the so-called entertaining places are going to become empty because the entertaining places are not going to solve the problems of the people. People are encouraged to think more and more. These thought-based civilizations are going to hit a deep depression, meaning it will feel like doomsday for them.
It is the enlightening places that are going to attract the people! In civilizations which prepare human beings to be comfortable in a non-thinking zone – the being zone, the unclutched zone (refer to section Unclutching In Depth) – this event will be a great celebration and liberation. Suddenly the human nervous system will have a lighter load.
If you think a heavy weight on your nervous system is your productivity, the goal of life, the value of life, the utility of life, this shift will feel like depression, doomsday or hell. If you think a lighter load on the nervous system is ecstasy and joy, if you are prepared psychologically and consciously to exist with a lighter burden on the nervous system, the change will be celebration and liberation.
Shift In Consciousness
Why do so many ancient records like the Mayan Calendar and the I Ching predict huge destruction?
Understand, prophecies do not usually foretell what is going to happen. Rather they advise us on how we need to prepare for the events that might occur. These prophecies are not warning of huge destruction as in the way we have been shown in films like '2012'.
We are not facing the onslaught of physical destruction, but there will be a huge energy shift. The decision lies with us whether to use that as a launching pad for a new enlightened way of being, or to cling to our outmoded lifestyle and fall into depression.
Because the wave of new energy is creating a change in consciousness rather than physical changes, none of the Vedic prophecies have predicted the end of the world by 2012. It is only going to be the end of lower-level consciousness.
The potential is enormous. The foundations of enlightened civilization can proliferate in 2012. People who prepare for this by learning the science of unclutching will find that they can use the new energy to propel them into enlightenment.
The usual long effort to achieve enlightenment will be greatly reduced. The population of enlightened beings can increase swiftly and easily, with the resulting effect of elevated global consciousness.
This is the picture of what is going to happen, as well as the range of choices available to you, so that you can choose what you want for your future. All thought-based societies are going to encounter terrible depression because they do not know what to do. When the number of thoughts is automatically reducing the load on their nervous system, they will think they are becoming inefficient and forgetful.
In the ensuing panic, they will turn to all kinds of medications to alleviate what they believe is dysfunction. Alcohol and other substance addictions will increase, along with self-destructive behaviors that destroy the body and mind. None of these attempts at 'normalizing' will succeed, because it is 'evolution' they are treating rather than 'dysfunction'. The old paradigm of 'normalcy' is departing permanently. Until these thought-based cultures acclimatize, they will undergo a great deal of needless suffering.
The societies which are comfortable with the non-thinking zone will come into their glory, taking the quantum leap into the space of enlightenment.
Inertia / Restlessness / Balance
There are three zones of Being in Vedic tradition; they are called the three gunas. The first is fewer-thoughtsfewer-actions, the state of inertia: it is called tamas or depression. The second is more-thoughts-more-actions, the state of hyperactivity: it is called rajas or restlessness. Then there is a third guna, fewer-thoughts-more-actions, the state of inner balance: it is called satva (sattwa).
All of us have experienced the first two states. Fewerthoughts-fewer-actions state feels lazy, dull and heavy. More-thoughts-more-actions state feels hyped-up, jumpy and impatient. Unfortunately most of us do not know the space called fewer-thoughts-more-actions: the space of satva.
Now, with this new energy wave, we are naturally going to evolve into the state of fewer thoughts. Whether it leads us to fewer actions or more actions is up to us. We stand at a junction of two different paths down one road. Will we move toward tamas – inertia, depression, fewer thoughts with fewer actions, or satva – balance, peacefulness, fewer thoughts with more actions? The choice is in our hands.
It is important to realize that this energy shift is a supremely rare occurrence. The event of Nature reducing its gravitational force and decreasing the number of thoughts in our inner space is an enormous evolutionary milestone. This visible reduction of inner and outer mass may come to pass again only after millennia. We are on the planet at the right time with the right philosophy to move to a higher state of consciousness. It is a unique, exciting and precious opportunity. Let us not miss it.
Vedic history (the history of ancient Bharat) records one previous circumstance like this: when Śrī Kṛṣṇa (Sri Krishna), an enlightened master and deity in human form, incarnated on Planet Earth. All planetary alignments are now the same as when Kṛṣṇa was in the body. Both astrology and astronomy support this energy shift for 2012, as they supported a similar event thousands of years ago.
People who missed that first event with Kṛṣṇa have waited for five thousand years for the opportunity to present itself again. Many of them have now landed on Planet Earth, in anticipation of this new opportunity.
We have another chance now to make the evolutionary jump. Because of the planetary alignment, we receive such a natural lift. All we need to do is just open ourselves
the way we would unfurl the sail of a boat to the wind. That wind will simply carry us forward. Without any work on our part, our number of thoughts will automatically decrease day by day.
We hold an illusion that being hyperactive means we are high-functioning. Otherwise, the feeling comes over us that we are missing something. We rush to add external stimuli to our lives to create excitement. Artificially raising our energy makes us feel more alive, more upbeat. We switch from tamas to rajas without discovering the balance of satva. We turn to food, coffee, activities, medications, drugs, or ideas to excite us.
When we become comfortable in the spaciousness of a lower volume of thoughts, we can move beyond the panicky belief that 'nothing is happening'. Then we can discover the inner peace generated by being able to take action without constant planning, considering, weighing, problem-solving, and discussing – the heavy burden of over-thinking that drains our energy and hampers our genuine accomplishments.
This is the space that translates itself into 'fewer-thoughtsmore-actions': satva, also called 'restful awareness'.
It is intriguing to note that while all thought-based civilizations are predicting doomsday during 2012, all being-based civilizations are predicting enlightenment and the dawn of a new utopia. Actually, both are true. If you are a thought-based person unable to catch up with the reality of fewer thoughts, you may struggle at first against the feeling that doomsday has arrived, for you will experience a heavy sense of depression until you can adjust to the new lightness.
Those unable to make the shift may even turn to suicide; so one possible tragic scenario in thought-based societies could be waves of mass suicides. It is almost certain that all the countries and societies which succumb to depression will go to war with each other, holding each other responsible for their suffering. On the social plane, there could be disastrous destruction in this fashion.
Super Dna – Gateway To 2012
There have been a number of books about the New Children phenomenon (also referred as Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Children). Why are they appearing recently in such large numbers?
Their presence at this time relates to their genetic code. They carry a superior development of human DNA. These children have been born throughout the history of humanity to raise the planetary frequency and that of human consciousness. They arrive with something extraordinary inside them. Scientific studies with these children have shown that they have more than two strands of active DNA at birth.
The rebel youth of the fifties and the hippies of the sixties had many Indigo Children. Unfortunately, society was so frozen at that time, that it was unable to accommodate them. It labeled them as negative and pushed them aside until they were made to believe they were negative. Recently in the nineties, the researchers who have been tracking this phenomenon have stated that something like forty times more children than during the fifties and sixties are taking birth with more than two strands of active DNA. Multidimensional beings are taking birth.
The core human DNA imprint is built in a twelve-strand helix. Since physiology never creates any structure without potential purpose, we can extrapolate that the human form was designed to embody twelve dimensions of conscious awareness. There are eleven dimensions of human awareness; the twelfth is the ultimate state of
fully awakened consciousness, also called the Śiva (Shiva, God) state in Vedic tradition, which cannot be described. It is not experienced except by an incarnation.
Following here are the śāstra pramānas, meaning the truths revealed by contemporary ṛṣis (rishis, modern day scientists). What happens when more than two strands are active? Different research studies and experiments agree that when 'junk DNA' – or dormant DNA, as it is more properly called – is activated, it is a tremendous gift to accelerate the spiritual awakening of collective consciousness on the planet.
A person with only two strands of active DNA is like a computer with only 16MB RAM memory; it can only run a few programs. Once further strands of DNA are activated, it is like providing a high-speed Internet connection with a top of the line computer; anything can be accessed by intent and intuition!
The degree to which dormant DNA is activated controls our frequency. Every time a strand of DNA is activated we download higher consciousness from the soul identity, and attract people, places and events of a similarly high frequency. These are the findings of contemporary researchers. They have been presented by different scientists who specialize in this field.
This influx of high-frequency children is a confirmation that a huge uplifting in human consciousness is taking place. For those who prepare, now is the best time to be on Planet Earth! Especially between 2012 and 2020, many miracles will take place.
Our gurukul (traditional Vedic school) specializes in the science of training Indigo Children to become welldeveloped incarnations: multidimensional beings in human bodies. We work specially with Indigo Children so that they can become fully flowered incarnations by the time they reach the age of twenty-one.
The next question is, how to activate more than one DNA strand in you? That is THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's unique contribution. Most human beings have only one DNA strand activated. When we become seekers, ready to take the risk of renouncing sensual pleasure for something we do not understand, the second strand is awakened. Practically everyone who is reading this book has activated the second strand already. Then how do we awaken further strands?
Self-Activation Of Dna Strands
Here are THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's few instructions for self-activation of DNA strands.
Remember who you really are. This awareness may make you feel like a lump, because one part of you is that identity which you are showing to the world. That part will deny itself and insist it is not 'you' or 'me', because it is changeable.
Sometimes when you are not able to maintain that identity or when that identity gives you suffering, in less than half an hour, in 21 minutes – one cycle of time, you can change it, can't you? Then how can that be the real 'you'? It is not. It is liquid. It is changing. How can that be
'me'? No. Then what is 'me'? What is 'me'? Follow this self-questioning.
Intense seeking in itself awakens at least four to five strands of DNA. You do not need any sādhana (spiritual practice) – just intense craving. It is like one seed becoming four or five apples, like one stem cell becoming two or three cells. In just that way, one multiplies into many. The intense craving suddenly makes this apple grow into three or four apples. So, slowly the identity which you are showing becomes a superficial small part of you. It is no longer half of you, it separates from you, and it becomes just a thin veneer at the surface of you.
When the identity you show to the world is a strongly attached, deep part of you, you are human. If it is leaving you, detaching from you, you become divine. That superficial identity will still be present, but it will not be deeply ingrained in your self-awareness.
The Dna Self-Activation Process
- • Look within and see, 'Who am I?' The personality which can be changed is not you
- • Then dig: 'Who am I?'
- • When you feel you are hitting a wall or you have a sense of suffocation, increase the seeking with intensity and passion, and look again
- • Look within, over and over till you awaken the next strand of DNA
- • Repeat this process for each strand
Keep The Seeking Alive
Once you connect with the experience of spiritual seeking, you will never be bored. Boredom will not exist as a concept. Seeking means forever exploring new horizons.
The most difficult work on Planet Earth for a spiritual teacher is to keep the seeking alive in people. God assumes a human body specifically for this task of keeping the thirst for discovery alive in human beings.
The Divine has five functions, as said in the Śiva Purāṇa – a Hindu religious text dedicated to Lord Śiva:
Tamil:
Ý袰õ£ò¢ è£ð¢ð£ò¢ Üö¤ð¢ð£ò¢ ܼ÷¢î¼õ£ò¢ «ð£è¢°õ£ò¢ âù¢¬ù𢠹°õ¤ð¢ð£ò¢ ï¤ù¢ªî£¿ñ¢ð¤ô¢ Transliteration:
aakkuvaai kaappaai azhippaai aruLtaruvaai pokkuvaai ennaip pukuvippaai ninthozhumpil Translation:
creation, maintenance, destruction, putting people into Maya illusion, and liberating them
These are the five aspects of divine action upon the human sphere.
The first four – creating, maintaining, destroying, and putting people into illusion, the Divine does not need to make any effort. He as Lord Nārāyaṇa, the Hindu deity who dreams the world into being, can just lie down in ananta śayana (the lying posture) and be in the state of yoga nidra (yogic sleep), and yet these four things will happen. He as Lord Śiva, the Rejuvenator, can be in samādhi at Mount Kailāś (Kailash) or he can be in yoga
nidra in Vaikuṇṭha; no problem, yet these four things will happen.
But to keep the seeking alive in human beings, the Divine has to assume a human body. This is the most difficult work on the planet. God has to go through an entire birth and lifetime just to maintain
inspiration in people. That in itself is a full occupation, without even expanding His effort to giving enlightenment.
Many people become discouraged when they lose their inspiration. But here is an encouraging thought for us to remember. Whenever we feel the seeking has dried up in us we should not be downcast: the sense of dryness means that the next strand of DNA is awakening. It is actually a sign of progress.
Usually after five to six strands of DNA are awakened, the next activation will not be painful. That is what THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM calls 'enlightenment'. But until the first six strands of DNA are active, every strand we awaken will give us doubts. We will always look back, wondering whether we are on the proper path. The sense of separating from our old ways will be painful and pressured. After the sixth strand, the transition ceases to be painful. It becomes a smooth process.
One strand is always awakened the moment we take birth. The second will be awakened the moment we begin seeking. From the second to the sixth is the period of enlightenment. The sixth to twelfth is the period of incarnation. By the time the twelfth is awakened, you are an incarnation, and after the twelfth is awakened there are hundreds of new layers opening up. That is what pūrṇāvatāra (complete incarnation) means: many different truths and teachings are constantly being revealed to the world, constantly being shared to the world.
Mass Production Of Enlightenment
THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is creating an entire science to study DNA activation to start the mass production of enlightenment. It does not need to be piece by piece. Only the final signature will be individually accomplished. The general body can be mass produced: for uniqueness, each individual will have a stamp.
To recap, there is a progression in the evolution of DNA. The first stage is the arrival of huge number of Indigo Children to the planet. They are the scouts, the wayshowers. By the radiation of their presence, they begin to raise the planetary frequency. Once enough of us have caught their vibration and begun to elevate our consciousness, the second stage can begin. The mass production of enlightenment science can be initiated.
As our collective consciousness increases, we can assist those who are mired in the old way of existence, the thought-based paradigm, so they can adjust to their new lightness.
The Last Hour Of Planet Earth
It is time to revive the Vedic tradition.
Why? It is the need of the hour. This is the final hour of human consciousness as we have accustomed ourselves to understand it.
Without the Vedic revival, we will face a difficult future. Vedic tradition is the only wisdom that can give spiritual solutions for all the problems of human consciousness. Whether they are inner world questions like life and death, body-mind interface, the nature of consciousness; or social problems like peace, unity, love, co-existence, ahiṁsā (non-violence); or relationship-level problems like understanding each other, accepting each other, creating wealth without sucking others' blood… Vedic wisdom has answers for each of these.
The enormous problems humanity is facing are redoubtable. We can completely feel that this may be the last hour of the planet, because of the unconsciousness of human beings and our ability to destroy others through weapons – not just traditional weapons like atomic weapons but chemical weapons, and now something new, ideological weapons, which spread ideas through media and communication systems and dismantle unique lifestyles such as tribal ways of living.
There are many tribes whose lifestyles have been dismantled, destroyed so badly that their great art, traditions and the extraordinary powers they had – their whole science – has left Planet Earth. The science of herbs,
the science of living with nature, science of handling extraordinary powers like levitation… these precious abilities were simply an intrinsic part of their lifestyle.
In such cultures there was no need to gather around some enlightened master and do all kinds of prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques), then slowly levitate after three or four days. What we call magical or supernatural powers were naturally taught in the normal course of living among certain tribes, certain spiritual groups. But so much beauty, color and variety has been lost because of the modern campaign to globalize everything under one brand.
It is a fundamental need of our planet that we understand the nature-based cultures, the traditions which understand that nature is a living intelligence, which are interested in co-existing with nature, instead of abusing it and exploiting it. Vedic tradition unfolded along the banks of the sacred Ganges River and at the feet of the Himālayas; it grew up to co-exist with nature.
Its wisdom holds spiritual solutions for all possible problems: those that have already happened, those that are happening now, and those yet to happen. All the global threats that Planet Earth is facing now – wars, ideological conflicts and economic exploitation – can be resolved through the Vedic teachings.
Source Of Violence
Economic exploitation has peaked in the past few decades. At least sixty per cent of the income of Planet Earth is held by just four communities. The entire world is serving those four communities. Enormous wealth is accumulated and centered under a tiny handful of people.
The reality of divine law is that whoever lives in a human body is entitled to whatever exists on Planet Earth, because Nature provided everything for everyone. So when just a few people deprive others of this birthright, that act forms the root of violence. It creates a source of global violence.
These are tremendous dangers that human society is facing: terrorism, consumerism (which is responsible for terrorism), conflicting ideologies or ideological conflicts, and the diseases which are spreading rapidly because of consumerism. Consumerism has infected not only the realm of food, clothes, furniture and possessions, it has extended to the domain of performing arts, relationship and lifestyle. It is epidemic at all levels of social interaction.
HIV arose from consumerism at the level of sex. Obesity is consumerism at the level of food. Many psychological disorders occur because of consumerism at the level of music – music which creates too much restlessness. Social violence has become rampant because of visual images which not only glorify crime and sadism, but likewise foster a fundamental restlessness.
These social and economic ills, coupled with the potential for impending global wars and epidemics, indicate that we could be headed toward the last hour of Planet Earth. The source of all these troubles is violence, and the manifestation of that violence is terrorism.
If we take responsibility and revive the great Vedic tradition, it can offer a permanent solution for terrorism.
A tradition which accepts all deities equally can create world peace, for terrorism thrives on separation, on feeling separate from others. The main vehicle for separatism is unfortunately religion, despite the fact that most religious founders have preached a message of community and brotherhood.
If a permanent solution for religious terrorism is to be found, the Vedic tradition, the Hindu tradition offers the answer, for it accepts and integrates all Gods.
Vedic tradition does not have a problem with any number of Gods; Kṛṣṇa, Śiva, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed, all can happily coexist on one altar. There is no supreme Devil that needs to be combated and rejected. Even Yama, Lord of Death, is included among the friendly gods. The Lord of Destruction and Rejuvenation, Lord Śiva, is honored and loved as much as Lakṣmī (Lakshmi), the Goddess of Wealth. Even destruction is taken care of by God, under controlled conditions, in deep compassion, for rejuvenation.
When the earth was overloaded, Kṛṣṇa took human form and engineered a cleansing and rejuvenation of Bharat under controlled conditions. No Devil was needed to create disaster or war. The Vedic tradition honors every process, every event as the hand of God, so there is no separatism.
Revival Of Vedic Tradition
It is time that we revive Vedic tradition, which accepts all Gods, which is ready to coexist with all Gods. The Vedic wisdom is happy with multiple ways of cooking, clothing, housing and cultural folkways.
Each state in Bharat has evolved a unique and original culture. The range and variety of dressing and cooking in Bharat is stunning. The difference between one state and another, sometimes even between one village and another, shows more contrast than that between many separate countries. If one travels one hundred kilometers, one will see completely distinct worlds in food, housing methods, clothing, language, lifestyle, religion…
In one morning one can journey between what seems like entirely different countries. As different as these cultures are, however, they are peacefully coexisting. They also maintain largely traditional ways of life. There is neither interest in nor need for modern commodities or machineries which force everyone into one mould, which eradicate their unique lifestyles and way of existing.
For the sake of our collective benefit, every tribe needs to be kept alive. Every tradition needs to be kept alive. Every folkway, every cooking style, every tailoring and weaving and textile-making tradition, every housing method, every manner of furniture-building, should be kept alive in its original form.
The Vedic tradition protects uniqueness in everything, at every level; whether it is food, clothes, housing, furniture, dance or medicine, its uniqueness is treasured. Let this wisdom be revived, because it is the only tradition which can allow variety to the maximum degree. It offers a breadth and scope for coexistence which is based on ahiṁsā, non-violence. It does not claim a monopoly in any area of life.
Enlightened Civilization
During Kṛṣṇa's lifetime, there was also a crisis of consciousness. Kṛṣṇa saw that the people who were not able to evolve themselves to the level of fewer-thoughtsmore-actions were going to be dangerous. So he created a war under controlled conditions and wiped them out. If Kṛṣṇa had not created that war (as described in the Mahābhārata, the great epic of ancient Bharat), there would have been rampant chaos, so he engineered a controlled destruction.
His approach was similar to the controlled burn that forest managers use during the dry season in some countries, so that a stray spark does not flare into a wildfire and spread out of control. In the same way, Kṛṣṇa created an ambience where the chaos was under controlled conditions.
In 2012, we are entering the same zone, where we need to control the potential for chaos. Sowing the seeds of enlightened civilization is our burn-off plan, our fire line. If we develop our skill at unclutching and disseminate it to at least two million people, who then adapt into being comfortable with fewer-thoughts-more-actions, the collective consciousness will be easily elevated.
At a certain point, the lightness of being unfolds spontaneously; the adaptation becomes 'infectious'. Further proliferation of enlightened beings through this spontaneous adjustment will result in enlightened beings on Planet Earth. We will have an enlightened civilization.
This option is not being presented as either a threat or a dream of Utopia. Planet Earth is entering into a space where automatically we are all getting into the zone of less thought. All we need is to prepare our bodies and minds. If we prepare our minds with unclutching science, we know we will feel comfortable with a lighter load on the nervous system. If we prepare our bodies as well with Hatha Yoga, not only will we become enlightened, we will begin to express extraordinary powers like levitation. Levitation is going to be easier by 2012, because of the lessening of gravitational pull and the overall lightness we will all experience.
Levitation Project
THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM plans to facilitate a gathering of people levitating in one space together. This will create a massive surge of positive consciousness, helping to catapult us from the human to the divine level of awareness. It will herald the onset of Satya Yuga, the age of enlightenment.
What actually happens when we levitate?
An enlightened master's body is a radiating light. When we sit with him in an unclutched way, all our bodies and minds are like ten thousand mirrors reflecting the master's consciousness. That light of consciousness is magnified ten thousand-fold; ten thousand laser beams are focused on the same spot. The effect is equal to ten thousand enlightened beings sitting in samādhi: Śambāla (Shambala) on Planet Earth.
Part 2: 2012 Truth, Not Just Prophecy_English_part_2.md
When our bodies and minds become a mirror for the master's consciousness, his biomemory is transmitted into us. Our vibrational frequency rises to match his. Our bodies become light. We flow naturally in the ether (air). We are not bound by gravity… So, we float upward bodily, just as our mentalities have floated upward.
When we put five mirrors in front of a lamp, the resulting light source is amplified five times. In the same way, when people mirror the consciousness of an incarnation, that superconscious state will be reflected and an intense energy field will be created – a field of superconscious energy!
The magnitude of this high frequency will heal the negativity created by political and ideological differences.
Liberate And Celebrate
This is THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's humble gift to Planet Earth and its inhabitants: to be part of the joyful journey of pushing human awareness up to the next level, creating the transition from human to divine consciousness. Having prepared ourselves to enter the new spaciousness, we can clear the way for a great explosion of positive energy, to liberate ourselves and celebrate!
Unclutching In Depth
Unclutching is a beautiful spiritual technique which enhances our inner balance and leads us ultimately to a state of eternal bliss. Here is THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's explanation of what is meant by the word 'unclutch' and how the concept operates.
The mind is nothing but a collection of consecutive thoughts. One thought follows another in swift succession, but by their very nature, they are unconnected. Thoughts are like bubbles in a fish tank. The bubbles in the fish tank are not connected. They are distinctly separate, but because they emerge in a rapid stream, they appear to be joined.
In a similar manner, our many thoughts are not connected to each other, but because of their rapidity it seems that they must be following each other logically. We can do a small exercise to test this. We can write down all our thoughts as they occur.
Sit for ten minutes in silence and record your thoughts. Do not try to control them or stop thinking, just witness each thought as it arises and jot it down. Do this for ten minutes.
At the end of ten minutes, read out whatever is written. You will see that it is a mad man's diary! There is utter chaos. There is no connection between one thought and the next thought. All the thoughts are unclutched and disconnected. It is easiest to see this when we write them
down; we will come to see that our thoughts have no connection.
We may be thinking about having a cup of coffee. The next moment we may think about some office work, which is pending. There is no real connection between having a cup of coffee and the office work; both are independent events. Even if we have two consecutive thoughts about the same event, the thoughts themselves are discrete from each other since there is no continuity.
There is always a gap between thoughts, although it is difficult to see without practice. There is a time of silence between thoughts. The thoughts by their very nature are unclutched, meaning independent.
Imaginary Shaft
It is when we connect these thoughts that we develop confusion. We create suffering for ourselves by connecting these unconnected thoughts. For example: we might have eaten ice cream ten years ago, we might have eaten ice cream seven years ago, we might have eaten ice cream two years ago and we might have eaten ice cream yesterday.
Each of these experiences might have been very pleasurable. We might have enjoyed the ice cream each time we ate it. But when we connect these experiences, when we believe they are related to each other, we create an imaginary shaft, an understanding that eating ice cream makes us happy. Then we try to repeat this experience as often as we can, under the belief that eating ice cream can give us happiness.
When we connect similar thoughts, we create a shaft. It might be our actual physical experience that sometimes we do not enjoy the ice cream as much as we enjoyed it in the past. But even if we do not enjoy it now, we cling to the belief that it can make us happy. Because we have gotten into the habit of connecting our thoughts, we unconsciously accept that we always enjoy ice cream and that it has the power to make us happy.
The situation is similar for painful experiences. The pain we experienced ten years ago, the pain we experienced seven years ago, the pain we experienced three years ago and the pain we experienced yesterday are independent events. There is no connection between these events. But if we feel our lives are often painful, and if we highlight the painful events so that they stand out in our attention, we are likely to create an imaginary shaft and tell ourselves, 'My life is always a pain'.
If we have had many pleasurable experiences in life we may say, 'My life is a pleasure'; but actually neither of these statements is true. Life is neither a pleasure nor a pain because the very process of connecting these events is a mistake. The idea that our thoughts are connected is a misconception.
Furthermore, we do not connect all our thoughts. We connect only those thoughts that we remember, just as from a bunch of flowers you pick up a few flowers and create a garland, from the millions of thoughts we have, we connect a few thoughts that we remember and create a shaft. Creation of the shaft is the original sin. When we create the shaft, we suffer.
If we have created a shaft of pleasure, we will try to extend the shaft because we want to experience the same pleasure again. If we have created a shaft of pain, we try to break the shaft because we want to avoid the pain. In reality, we can neither extend nor break the shaft, because it does not exist! The shaft itself is a myth. The creation of the shaft has become one more shaft for us.
You Are Already A Buddha!
All our experiences are independent experiences. The moment we connect these experiences we create hell for ourselves – we create suffering. With this perspective, it becomes easier to understand why spiritual teachings insist that suffering is imaginary. It is based on something imaginary. It is based on something non-existent. It is just an appearance. The shaft is unreal; it does not exist. So the suffering that is created due to the shaft is also unreal. Once we realize this, we are liberated.
Because our thoughts are very powerful, they have the capacity to clutch other thoughts and create an imaginary shaft. This process of creating the imaginary shaft is the function of the ego. Ego is not a separate entity from our thoughts; it is actually characterized by our thoughts. Following this reasoning, we can then conclude that the ego does not exist because the shaft does not exist. The shaft is imaginary; and ego is just a name we give to the process of creating a shaft.
A sense of continuity is created because of the shaft. Our lives seem to flow in an unbroken thread and to hold together with a consistent purpose. This gives us the illusion of ego.
Since right now all our thoughts clutch, we feel that we have an ego. But all our thoughts by their very nature are independent, so the ego is non-existent as there cannot be anything connecting these thoughts. Thus by our very nature we are unclutched; we are already enlightened. We just need to realize it.
Once a disciple went to a Zen master and asked him, 'How can I become Buddha?' The master gave him a tight slap in the face and said, 'You are already a Buddha!'
If Buddha comes and asks you how he should become Buddha, what would be your reaction? Such was the reaction of the Zen master! We are unclutched by our very nature. We just need to wake up and understand it.
We all have the choice to not connect our experiences, to not create imaginary shafts. We become attached to a person, a circumstance or an object because of the shafts we build around them. The relationship we experienced three years ago, the relationship we experienced a year ago and the relationship we are experiencing now are independent events, even when we are relating to the same person in all three events.
The moment we connect these events we are trying to either extend or break the shaft. If the relationship is a pleasurable one, we want it to continue to be pleasurable forever. If it is a painful relationship, we try to break the connection or create idea belief for ourselves that the relationship is not good for us.
We do not realize that at each instant we are experiencing a new relationship. Because at every instant two new people are associating and interacting. By our very nature we are unclutched.
Bondage And Liberation
The real problem is not caused because of pleasure or pain. The real problem is caused due to our incorrect understanding of both, which leads to the creation of imaginary shafts. In the case of a sage, if there is pleasure, he will enjoy the pleasure and forget it. If there is pain, he will suffer the pain and forget it. He does not carry these experiences in horizontal time. The moment we carry an experience in horizontal time, we suffer.
We can experience life living in this world and still be centered in peace and harmony. There is no need to renounce anything external. Only the smaller self, the imaginary ego, has to be renounced. Once we cease creating the shaft, we will realize that the identity we were trying to cling to was the very reason for our suffering. The moment we drop that identity, we enter into bliss!
At that point, external incidents will not affect us because we have given up the habit of connecting them. Every incident is a new experience for us. We begin to see life in a much more beautiful way. Everything seems joyful and blissful. We stop taking things for granted.
Once we accept life from moment to moment, bliss just blooms within us. External circumstances can impact us only if we allow them to. No one can disturb us without our silent permission. We may think that if we live our lives in the moment but others around do not, they may exploit us. Be very clear, nobody can exploit us or disturb us without our internal agreement, even if it is unconscious. Once we understand that our true nature is unclutched, we cannot be disrupted by outside influences.
Śaṅkara (a Hindu sage) says in his devotional poem Nirvānaśatkam:
Sanskrit: lÉ cÉÉxÉ…¡ûiÉqÉç lÉ qÉÑÌ£ülÉïqÉårÉÈ ÍcÉSÉlÉlS ÃmÉÈ ÍzÉuÉÉåWûqÉç ÍzÉuÉÉåWûqÉç
Transliteration: na cāsangatam na muktirnameyaḥ cidānanda rūpaḥ śivoham śivoham
Translation: I am neither in bondage nor liberated, I am always in the state of equilibrium. I am of the nature of pure auspiciousness, the energy of Śiva.
Both bondage and liberation are concepts created by the mind. Liberation exists as long as there is bondage. But if there is no bondage, we are already liberated! That is what Śaṅkara is referring to.
If we are trying to go inward or outward, as long as we are going somewhere we are missing the truth. The very process of traveling or going takes us away from the truth. Truth is here and now. There is no need to go anywhere; no need to travel anywhere. The very act of traveling shows that we have created a shaft; we are seeing some progress. There cannot be any progress, because there is nobody who is progressing! As individuals, we are dying at every moment. What can we possibly progress toward?
When we are unclutched we will automatically explode beyond any imagined limitations. The question of whether we are material or spiritual will not even arise. This is the sacred secret within Śaṅkara's statement, when he says that he is neither in bondage nor liberated. He has gone beyond both. Both are just concepts.
Our 'self' can never be improved. Some people work on self-development. What self will we develop? Is there a self to be developed in the first place? A sequence of unclutched thoughts is the only thing we are. If we try to develop the self, all we end up doing is to create a shaft of the idea that 'my self is developed'. It can give us a good feeling, a sense of accomplishment and pride in our effort. But speaking in reality, the self cannot be developed, it can only be eliminated, because it is imaginary. It does not exist. As long as we are trying to develop the self, we are just creating a shaft.
As long as the mind is present, the identification with the unreal continues. Śaṅkara says:
Sanskrit: oÉë¼ xÉirÉqÉç eÉaÉiÉç ÍqÉirÉÉ eÉÏuÉÉå oÉë¼æuÉ lÉ AmÉUÈ
Transliteration: brahma satyam jagat mithyā jīvo brahmaiva na aparaḥ
Translation: Brahman (divine wisdom) is real, the world is unreal and the individual soul is undifferentiated from Brahman
What he is describing is that only when the mind ceases to exist, the Brahman – the soul, the core spirit beyond the mind – shines forth. Reality reveals its unclouded glory.
But as long as there is mind, there are thoughts which pass like clouds to obscure the sun of the divine spirit. Thoughts always hover either in the past or the future. Thoughts are never about the present. In the present, only consciousness exists. As long as thoughts are forming within us, we will continue to create shafts. The moment a shaft has been built, we identify with unreality. The imaginary identity (which Śaṅkara calls jeeva) comes into apparent existence. When the jeeva appears, the world of mithyā (unreality) accompanies it. Once we unclutch, the false identity disappears spontaneously and the Brahman consciousness is revealed.
Two Types Of Identity
We have two types of identity. One is the identity that we show to the outer world. The other is our 'private' identity, our inward self-image. The identity that we show to the outer world is called ahaṅkār. The inward identity is called mamakār. These identities are in constant conflict with each other.
To illustrate, outwardly we may project that we are suchand-such a person. Inwardly we know, however, that we are inadequate for the role we play, in some fashion or other. There is always a discrepancy between these two identities.
The identity we project to the outer world is always bigger than what we actually are; it is inflated to the dimensions we believe we need to measure up to. Most of us try to prove we are superior in front of others; we do our best to 'look good'.
The identity we project to ourselves is always less than what we actually are. Most of us are aware that we are dissatisfied with ourselves. We are constantly working on improving some aspect of ourselves. We may feel inadequate spiritually, materially or in some other domain of our being.
This inner identity, mamakār, always lacks something in our eyes, and the outer identity, ahaṅkār, always exceeds the external reality. Hence these identities are in conflict.
That is why we have to be very careful when we speak, because we rarely say what we honestly think. If we start directly reproducing our thoughts into words, people will run away from us! Rāmakṛṣṇa Paramahamsa, an enlightened spiritual master from Bengal, taught that aligning our thoughts and words in harmony is true spirituality. Alignment occurs spontaneously when we move beyond the ahaṅkār-mamakār conflict.
Both our identities are false. They result from the shaft we create. They do not exist in reality. As long as we associate with these identities we are caught up in saṁsāra, the chase for fulfillment from external stimuli. Once we step beyond the false identity game, we graduate into enlightenment.
Until then, we are occupied by the unending process of creating, sustaining and destroying thoughts. The process of creation (Brahma, the Hindu deity for creation), sustenance (Viṣṇu, Vishnu, the Hindu deity for maintaining what has been created) and destruction (Mahadeva, or Śiva, the Hindu deity for recycling whatever is no longer useful) flows in a continuous stream both around us and within us. When we are able to cease creating, sustaining and destroying, we rise beyond the wheel of saṁsāra and reach the state of Parabrahman (our true, essential being).
Meditation Technique – The Practice Of Unclutching
All we need to do to prepare is sit 20-30 minutes daily in the space of unclutching. This will automatically cause the number of our thoughts to decrease.
Sit in a quiet meditative mood. Focus, without stress or pressure, on the understanding that your thoughts are unconnected, irrational and unclutched. There is no horizontal connection between your thoughts.
If thoughts arise, neither try to suppress them, nor react to them. Simply observe them with the understanding that they are unclutched. Your witnessing consciousness will spontaneously begin to blossom in you. The more you strengthen this inner witness, the more you will be able to see beyond your two false identities. You will realize that neither the shaft of pleasure nor the shaft of pain is real. You are the background on which these shafts have been drawn.
At first, as with all new practices, thoughts will seem to arise more strongly. Remember that every new skill takes time. We do not give up learning to ride a bicycle the first time we lose our balance; we do not abandon a dance class because we cannot master each step at the first session. Have patience with yourself. You will find that the inner
witness of your consciousness is eager for exercise and will come forward swiftly when you engage this practice.
Initially, the spaciousness we create may feel like emptiness, because we are used to so much chaos and crowding from our concerns and troubles. We may feel a little downcast, a little depressed by the new quietude. What has happened is that we have lightened our load, we have set down our internal baggage. Until we adjust to the comparative silence, we may feel temporarily depressed, it does not matter.
Hold the understanding that whether you realize it or not, accept it or not, you are already enlightened. By your very nature you are unclutched. Honor this enlightenment in yourself and experience the unclutched state, the state of pure being and bliss.
This practice is the ultimate technique to experience the state of enlightenment.
If your experience of unclutching practice inspires you, you can advance it by participating in the Inner Awakening Program. This program is designed to awaken the higher frequencies of consciousness in you and establish you in the unclutched state.
What Is Kundalini?
Kundalini is the inner potential energy which is available in all of us but which is not directly used by us. May be we do not know the way or we are not interested; for various reasons we have not used it. Man as of now is only 'potential'. He has not become 'actual'. The potential becoming actual, seed becoming tree is awakening the Kundalini energy – an extraordinary experience. Inner Awakening! Vedic Tradition puts even God as a stepping stone for awakening an individual's Kundalini.
Why Awaken The Kundalini?
If your Kundalini is awakened, it completely reorganizes your whole body. It is almost like rebooting. Not only will you get out of one or two diseases, Kundalini energy brings tremendous positive health. Just not being sick is not health. You will express extraordinary capabilities of your body which you have forgotten.
When you were a child, if you fall not only you do not break your bones, you do not feel the pain. You conditioned yourself to feel the pain. You condition yourself to experience diseases, sickness. The very root of that conditioning will be broken. The pattern which you believe as your body will be broken.
The capacity of your body and your ability to use your body will be expanded beyond your expectation. Your ability to stretch and bend your body expand beyond your expectation. That is health. Experiencing extraordinary, not just ordinary. For example if you are just coming out
of your back pain, wheezing, asthma, arthritis or a cancer, that cannot be considered as complete health. That is only a part of your health – diseaselessness is not health. It is only a part of your health. Health is using your body as you want just by will.
You will be completely comfortable with your whole life. You will experience a kind of smooth flow in life. You will have the ability to handle your body as you want, the ability to keep your body as you want.
The second benefit of Kundalini Awakening is the mental health, the feeling of wellbeing. Every day when you wake up, the intense excitement to live that day will happen. The tremendous enthusiasm and joy to live; every day will be an excitement! Every day will be inspiring you, not perspiring you. When one experiences Kundalini Awakening, his whole brain goes through a new 'rewiring'. New subtle brain grooves start developing in his system.
The non-mechanical parts of the brain get awakened. The brain has two parts – one is mechanical, the other nonmechanical. The mechanical parts control your breathing, your blood circulation, etc. Fortunately God did not hand over all that in our hands. Otherwise we would have forgotten. Mechanical parts are functioning in all normal human beings.
But there are some parts, non-mechanical parts, of your brain like telepathy, teleportation, extraordinary powers. Now so much research is happening in the line of telepathy. The scientific community has already experienced that it is possible. Telepathy is possible. Teleportation is possible! These are the extraordinary powers of your mind. It is your birth right. Your brain is hard-wired to experience the ultimate and play with all extraordinary energies of the cosmos, all energies of the universe.
200 years before, main stream human society did not believe that we can fly. But now millions are flying every day from one place to another! Same way, now main stream humanity may not be able to accept telepathy and materialization but all these are possible. These will become a common part of human life like flying today. Experiencing this extraordinary powers and experiences is the one of the effects of Kundalini Awakening. Awakening your Kundalini energy means awakening all the nonmechanical parts of your brain – unleashing the capacity to face life and the capacity to play with all the extraordinary energies of life!
The third remarkable effect of Kundalini is the extraordinary sensitivity, love and grace that radiates throughout your day in your very body language. This naturally creates beautiful relationships around you - happy, joyful, sweet relationships. Relationship means the grace you bring into the lives of the people with whom you are living and sharing your time, energy, money, house, in any form…They may be your family members, your team members. Sometime they may even be living on some other continent and you may be cherishing the feeling connection with them.
Ultimately, conscious enlightenment is 'Living Enlightenment'. The real remarkable effect of Kundalini is conscious explosion! The idea you have about you will just go up! For example, if you have only few hundred dollars in your bank balance, you have an idea about you. Suddenly you won a hundred million dollars lottery,
within 48 hours you would have completely changed the idea you carry about you. Same way, the awakening of the Kundalini will completely change the idea you carry about you consciously.
As of now, you may be thinking you are body or you may be thinking you are mind. When you think you are body or you are mind, all your desires, greed, fear, everything is just low spectrum, low frequency. The cognitive shift in you is the most extraordinary, ultimate, priceless happening that can happen in any human being's life. This cognitive shift, understanding, realization that you are beyond body and mind, that you are an eternal conscious existence is something extraordinary. This is the extraordinary, remarkable effect of Kundalini Awakening.
When Kundalini is awakened in a human being, he may not even know any technical words like conscious self, ātman, brahman. But he just experiences it.
The cognitive shift in how you take cognizance in your life, the relationships in your life, the world, and God, is one of the remarkable effects of Kundalini Awakening. This brings great human performance benefits. When Kundalini is awakened, you just know you are a leader; your basic existence is success. You may be doing a thousand things but you will know.
When your Kundalini is awakened, when somebody enters your room to talk to you or share some words, you just know what for he has come. You know you are born for success, you know you are a leader by your very existence. The human performance drastically increases with Kundalini Awakening. You will leave a strong impression on anybody who comes across you, anybody who even casually sees you. You will leave a strong print, your presence in them.
Next thing, the Kundalini energy is not bound by the physical distance or time. Time and space are the servants of Kundalini energy. Time is Kāla Bhairava, space is Vīra Bhadra – both of them serve Śiva's embodiment of Kundalini energy. Time and space does not bind Kundalini energy but serve it. A person's Kundalini can be awakened wherever he may be sitting, whatever time it may be.
Eneffect
The 'eNeffect' – THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM's effect on the world - is to guide Planet Earth to move into the next level of consciousness. It is not only him, but millions of people around the world are working for the smooth transition into the higher consciousness. 'eNeffect' is nothing but raising the people's consciousness to the highest possible coherence. When a group of people's consciousness is raised to the highest possible coherence, the whole cosmos responds to it.
In the last one year, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM has reached out to at least a few lakhs (few hundred thousands) of people through this eNeffect, thus raising the world's consciousness. Through eNeffect, he has scientifically shown the extraordinary powers and experiences of the Kundalini energy - the inner potential energy - through levitation, teleportation, materialization, etc.
The eNeffect first started as only levitation in the receiver's bodies. Then it went to the next level of teleportation of powder-like material from one place to another over thousands of miles. Then it moved to teleportation of solid gems like diamonds and rudrākṣa. Finally it has now moved to getting rocks from the moon and Mars! He has two rocks now. Of course, thousands of other articles have materialized.
He has done scientific research on this phenomenon under controlled conditions. The receiver has gone through a full body CT scan which showed that no material within the receiver's body. But immediately after he materialized;
without repositioning or delay, they scanned the receiver's body again and they found the matter, the materialized object.
The explanation for this is: time and space are not barriers for energy! Energy can dismantle an object and move it some 9,000 miles away in less than a second and reassemble it by the power of the person with a supermind. It is not superconsciousness. Superconsciousness is beyond any description. I will use the word 'Super-mind'.
When the Kundalini energy is awakened, there are physical effects on the body. The brain patterns get rewired to a higher conscious coherence. The highest possible conscious coherence starts happening. The mitochondria cell energy goes up. Mitochondria are the batteries of your body cell. The energy goes up by 1,300%, compared to only 40% by any available physical exercises, yoga, gym, etc. Healing of the physical diseases automatically happens and ultimately the highest consciousness is achieved.
To raise your inner potential energy, the Kundalini Śakti, and make this ultimate alchemy happen in you, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM has a few suggestions.
First, practice more dynamic meditations instead of just sitting. THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM teachs one Nithya Kriya everyday through his eNTV to break your old negative mental patterns. You can login at 7:30am Hindu Standard time.
Second, you can attend the Inner Awakening Program which will awaken your Kundalini energy and establish you in the highest energy.
The third and best way is to enlighten yourself. When you are enlightened, not only are you free, your very conscious strength nullifies million of people's collective negativity. It goes on healing them physical, mentally and consciously.
Nithya Kriya For Dropping Engrams
** As with all other meditation techniques, practices and procedures described or recommended in this book, Nithya Kriya is suitable for practice only under the direct supervision of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. Further, you should consult with your personal physician to determine whether these techniques, practices and procedures are suitable for you in relation to your own health, fitness and ability. Engage in any of the techniques, practices or procedures at your own risk.
Nithya Kriya is a very powerful spiritual technique, spiritual process and works in three ways:
-
- 'doing' techniques like āsanas, and prāṇāyāma
-
- 'non-doing' techniques: just sitting in an unclutched way
- 3. Upaniṣad: neither 'doing' nor 'non-doing', master's presence is working
Nithya Kriya is all three put together and something more. Nithya Kriya is dhyāna-nirvikalpa-upaniṣad put together.
THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is teaching one Kriya a day. Each Kriya he is teaching, he is using the whole enlightened consciousness to assemble the Kriya, and using his own body as guinea pig doing every step. He is not only consciously scanning but also consciously practicing. He is seeing all the effects and side effects. Only then he is bringing it to you. He is selecting the practical bits and pieces and then making it available to you.
It will heal you physically immediately and with some feeling connection to the master, it will also awaken your Kundalini energy. Each and every cell of your body is being taught to be immortal.
Furthermore, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is referring to authentic yogic literatures, quoting exact verses for each step in the Kriya. The knowledge is time-tested, foolproof, directly from the source, in its pristine purity. His distinctive contribution, in addition to selecting the techniques and putting it together into Nithya Kriya, is that he experimented it with a modern day body, his own body, and finding out what is working on what part of the body. He conducts research and development on his system. From his experience he is sharing with you.
Now let us move into a Nithya Kriya that will help you drop your engrams. Such a simple Kriya can lead you to such deep unclutching.
Five Steps to follow:
- 1. Padmasana
- 2. Uddiyana Banda
- 3. Jalandhara Banda
- 4. Bastrika
- 5. Unclutching
First Step – Padmasana
Gheranda Samhita|Upadesha 2| Verse 8 Place the right foot on the left thigh and similarly the left one on the right, also cross the hands behind the back and firmly catch hold of the great toes of the feet so crossed. Place the chin on the chest and fix the gaze on the tip of the nose. This posture is called the Padmasana (or lotus posture).
Second Step – Uddiyana Banda
Gheranda Samhita|Upadesha 3|Verse 10 Pull the upper and lower parts of the navel in towards the spine and up and hold as long as you can!
Third Step – Jalandhara Banda
Gheranda Samhita|Upadesha 3| Verse 12 Along with Uddiyana Banda now add Jalandhara Banda also. Contract the throat. Put your chin on your chest and lock. Fix the gaze on the tip of the nose. Do Jalandhara Banda and Uddiyana Banda 21 times. Hold as long as you can. When you cannot hold, relax.
If you have blood pressure or any other serious illness. Do not do too much. Do it judicially, as much as you are comfortable.
Forth Step – Bastrika
Gheranda Samhita|Upadesha 5|Verses 75- 77 Inhale through both the nostrils lowly, but exhale quickly. Inhale very slowly, when you are full, exhale quickly. You may create the wind making sound like bellows of the ironsmith. Do this 21 times.
Fifth Step – Unclutching
Relax. Now just sit and unclutch. You will see intense unclutching happening and you will experience the depth of silence. The engrams will start dropping from you, from this moment. You may feel weightlessness.

New research to measure the amount of energy available to us in our cells from mitochondria reveals that IA participants have 1300% more energy available than normal! This result is not achievable with any other known medical or physical technique. This dramatic increase in energy levels, and the resultant anti-ageing, is attributed to Kundalini awakening.' – Dr. Krishna Rao, MBBS, FRCS (Ed), MDS, FDSRCS
*Mitochondria are the cell's power producers. They convert energy into forms that are usable by the cell.

The Supreme Pontiff Of Hinduism Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam Speaks:
As I observe what is going on in and around me, I notice a change in the power of Mother Earth.
She is releasing Her grip on people through gravity, with profound effects on our geology, economy, global politics and individual mentality. Our minds become quieter under the lessened gravitational pull. As a result, we will need fewer thoughts to do any given task.
This is an easily observable change. It can be externally quantified. People will react to it in one of two ways.
On the one hand, modern international society today is founded on the value of thinking. It encourages and rewards a large volume of thoughts. Thinking is equated with productivity, intelligence and personal achievement. This intellectual focus rightly frowns on tamas, the laziness of inertia; but instead of seeking balance, satva, it flips to the opposite end of the spectrum and praises rajas, the hyperactivity of restlessness.
On the other hand, there are people from traditional and tribal societies like the Vedic culture, which draw upon ancient wisdom, and spiritual seekers from every walk of life who know the value of a quiet mind. These people understand that a quiet mind or no-mind (an enlightened state) means causeless bliss, extraordinary spontaneous intelligence and high performance. They prize the same
outcome as the thought-based societies, but they achieve it through satva rather than through rajas.
As this change in the earth's gravity is taking place, people who are focused on a love of thinking are finding that their minds are getting quieter. This new experience can be unsettling; if they do not like this new experience, they can fall into depression. They find the lack of thoughts very boring and so they feel lost; life loses meaning and low energy results. This is why we are seeing a rapid increase in depression in countries whose culture is based on constant thinking.
The people who have internalized quietness or are seeking spiritual enlightenment are finding that they are suddenly reaching quieter states more easily. This allows them to accomplish more activity with fewer thoughts. They are suddenly finding new levels of creativity, spontaneity and energy.
As we move towards 2012, we will find that a task that took one hundred thoughts in 2008 will be done with only forty thoughts. That is the physical effect on the bodymind of the changes in the Earth. The friction between thought and action will decrease. By 2012 we will be able to convert these low levels of thoughts into direct enlightened action. If we are comfortable with a low level of thoughts, this will be a beautiful transformation for us.
Individuals and cultures that champion the idea of thinking may brand these changes as negative, and create new diseases and medicines to 'deal with' what is simply the natural, healthy evolution of Planet Earth.
Let us celebrate that 'less-thought-more-action' is a natural expansion of life! 'No mind, only action' is a natural expansion of human experience and expression.
We can look at this expansion as similar to the expansion that happened when a few monkeys tried to become man and started to attempt walking straight on two legs.
When the first monkeys tried this, all the other monkeys would have said, 'No, No... it cannot be done!' Naturally all the other monkeys would have asked, 'Aye, what is the use of walking straight? What is wrong with being a monkey? Why are you unnecessarily struggling?'
And naturally, the monkeys who tried to walk straight would have had thigh pain or knee pain. They would have taken a lot of risk! They might have been boycotted by society. People would have called them crazy!
There would have been a huge bunch of monkeys criticizing the first monkeys. But there would also have been a few intelligent monkeys saying, 'What he says may be practical, why not try?'
But monkeys cannot understand what it means to become a human being. They do not know how new possibilities are opened. In the same way, when man becomes a new man, becomes a jeevan mukta, a living enlightened being, completely new possibilities are opened!
Don't ever bother about the question, 'What is the use of becoming a new man? What is the urgency? What is the need?' I tell you, the monkey who tried to walk on two legs and succeeded in becoming a human being can give
the other monkeys the guarantee what you will have if you also start walking on two legs and become a human being.
In the same way, as an incarnation who has experienced jeevan mukti, living enlightenment, I can guarantee you that when you become a superconscious being, jeevan mukta, how it matters to you, to the whole cosmos, to the whole human society. Then whatever you call as extraordinary – whether levitation, teleportation or telepathy, all these ashta maha siddhis (eight hallmark yogic powers of an awakened being) will become a simple life style for you!
When the monkeys tried to walk on two legs and become human being, if they were given a promise, 'If you become a human being, you can sit anywhere and see anything that happens anywhere around the world,' no monkey would have believed. In the same way, whatever you cannot imagine now will become a reality at that time.
When the monkeys started walking on two legs with an erect spine, the brain developed new pathways to accommodate the unfamiliar perspective. But that first monkey could not even have imagined all the biological developments and the consequential after-effects of his action! In the same way, the idea that we can perform intelligent actions in a no-mind state seems foreign to us.
It was only after the monkey begun to walk upright that the subtle brain grooves started to proliferate, supporting the expansion of intelligence. When still subtler brain grooves in the brain system start developing, they facilitate the experience of enlightenment. The evolution from monkey to Homo sapiens brought us to the first wave – we developed the mind. Now it is time for the wave of enlightenment to bring no-mind!
Living with no-mind is what I call 'living enlightenment'. It is just a glimpse at the millions of dimensions of conscious development, leading the way to an enlightened humanity.
The shift we are witnessing is on a grander scale than that which took place when monkeys chose to stand up and walk on two legs. We can try to fight it, or we can flow with it. The choice in the past was to remain as monkeys or become human. Now it is to remain as humans or evolve to superhumans – enlightenment!
The struggle you go through while you try to stand up is what I call tapas, courage, tyaga, sacrifice. Like how a country respects a person if he sacrifices his life for the independence of the country, when you decide to take the jump to the higher state, you are sacrificing everything for the independence of human consciousness from bondages, from limited awareness. So the entire cosmos will celebrate you forever!
The Supreme Pontiff Of Hinduism Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam'S 2012 Vision
Let us establish an ideal civilization which is Living Enlightenment.
Here is my vision of the ideal civilization: the infrastructure of the West – medical care, roads, dams, bridges, social freedom – and the mental and physical structure of the Eastern yogi. Yogic hardware, Vedic mind, with Western infrastructure – that is what I define as complete human being – jeevan mukta.
This is the Vedic tradition I want to revive, which is lifeaffirming. It constantly inspires you to stand up and live beautifully – living in health, radiating joy, love and compassion, attracting the right persons in your life, attracting right relationships, attracting wealth and contributing to society which will be peaceful and crimefree.
Build A Strong Foundation Of Tapas
Our whole Mission is built on the strong foundation of tapas (spiritual effort). We believe in practicing and living what we preach. My message is 'live enlightenment', jeevan mukti. So the followers of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM Mission will themselves first live as jeevan muktas. The strength of my jeevan mukti is the only inspiration for my message. Living Enlightenment does not work if we try to inspire people through marketing or manipulation.
I tell my disciples, we ourselves will be the models for inspiration, we will first be jeevan muktas. We will always be loving in whatever way we can, we will not hurt anyone, we will be violence-free. This will result in unimaginable inspiration for all others around us.
Spreading Holistic Education
The Mission will provide education at all levels from schooling to university and life skills education. The Mission will provide holistic primary education through the proven gurukul system (ancient Vedic curriculum) as well as one hundred and eight THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM Vidyālayas (educational institutions) to reach out to economically challenged kids in the interior and rural parts of Bharat. The Mission will provide the best university education as a spiritual education center, spiritual dynamo.
The vision is to bring back to life Naimiśāranyal, the ancient Vedic university which was a center of higher learning. Thousands of seekers from all over the world studied there. Instruction was continuous. I want to bring the wisdom of the past masters back to life, so that all techniques and paths for spiritual growth are available to every generation beyond our time. Let the Naimiśāranyal be a welcoming magnet for seekers to travel to and reach the ultimate potential of human life – enlightenment.
Preserve The Sannyas Tradition
One of the main reasons why the ancient Vedic civilization has been alive for thousands of years is the sannyas tradition. Sannyasis, or full-time seekers, have dedicated their lives to preserving and spreading spiritual tradition and the science of enlightenment. We will have a strong foundation of sannyasis and swamis who live enlightenment and radiate their love, joy and compassion to all of humanity.
Enhance Spiritual Research
In the center for Vedic education, there will be a huge research library with at least 10 million books available. This will be the center for those who want to pursue research in any religion or any field related to enlightenment, spirituality, meditation and body-mind-spirit.
Eradicate Criminality
As long as the opportunity for crime is a reality, criminals will continue to exist. A criminal is not one person. He is a personification, a personified expression of criminal ideas. Executing criminals will not suppress the incidence of criminality on Planet Earth. Only by erasing the energy of criminality, which is like a contagious disease, can we prevent the infection of new individuals into criminals.
If we kill a terrorist leader, will the fact of terrorism disappear from Planet Earth? As long as the tendency, the ideology, is alive, it will simply move to somebody else who will erupt to replace the terrorist we eliminated. Until we remove the saṁsāra – the vital conditioning – of violence, Planet Earth cannot be crime-free or terrorfree. Removing the saṁsāras or engrams – memories that have engraved themselves upon us which compel us to behave in negative ways, even against our better judgments – is what we do in our meditation and yoga programs. So spreading meditation and yoga especially among the youth is very important. It will support the removal of negative mentality from Planet Earth.
Radiate Global Peace
The most direct technique to individual happiness and global peace is living enlightenment – jeevan mukti. Jeevan mukti is nothing but living a conflict-free life of integration between our inner and outer worlds. Life becomes a beautiful harmony, without a gap between the two worlds.
The only way to bring about global peace is through individual transformation. Each one of us has to raise the frequency of our consciousness and radiate love and compassion towards all in all our actions. As more and more people open to higher consciousness, the collective positive energy will express itself in overflowing peace.
Evolution, Not Revolution
Revolution is not the way; evolution is the way. Every revolution has begun with the promise of truth, the hope of an ultimate solution. But in the last three thousand years of Earth's history we have had five thousand wars, most of them created by those claiming to be revolutionaries! It is now our responsibility to add a more positive spin, a more positive approach. Peace needs to be brought into each individual's heart; then it will radiate and transform the entire planet. When each of us has found inner peace, we will automatically generate an expanding vortex of positive vibrations which will turn the tide of violence and negativity.
Start With Yourself
When one person starts living enlightenment, he initiates thousands of people. When we begin the practice of living enlightenment in our area, our every movement, our every breath, will raise the consciousness of those around us. It will happen with complete spontaneity. There is no need to even talk about what we are doing. We will see that just by our presence, we will transmit living enlightenment. Just by our daily living we will raise human consciousness!
Part 3: 2012 Truth, Not Just Prophecy_English_part_3.md
Suzanne, Mumbai, Bharat
A: Instead of saying more and more people are getting ready for Kundalini awakening, I can say, more and more energy expressing is happening as an incarnation. It is like this: there are some people in the ocean asking for help. Instead of them stretching out their hand for help, the person who is sitting in the boat is stretching his hand to lift them up!
Q: Swamiji, I Have Done Plenty Of Bad Stuff In My Life. Now I Am Really Scared Of 2012. What Can I Do To Make It Right, To Make It To The Right Side Of 2012? Terrie Michele From Arizona, Usa
A: Understand, what you do is no way going to be related to 2012. It is not about 'what you do'; it is about 'how you are'! The moment you have decided to prepare yourself to be with less thought, that is enough. Nothing else needs to be done. You don't need to be afraid. I am not here to teach you that hell or heaven is coming, I am not here to frighten you. So don't worry. Just prepare yourself to just enjoy that no-thought zone. Learn to sit happily, that's all.
Don't be addicted to work.
rÉÉåaÉÈ MüqÉïxÉÑ MüÉæzÉsÉqÉç yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam Yoga is efficiency in action
Swaminathan From Mumbai, Bharat
A: Swaminathan, both are one and the same. When you surrender to the cosmic will, you will fight the evil forces.
If you see in the Hindu epic Rāmāyaṇa, Rāma and Sītā were living happily. But the collective negativity in the form of Sūrpanakha is forced to go to them to create trouble and start the fight with Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa. Sūrpanakha goes and informs Rāvaṇa and Rāvaṇa comes and kidnaps Sītā! The whole drama starts! So understand, even if you are surrendered to the cosmic will, you will naturally have to fight with the evil forces, nothing can be done. They are not two separate things. They are one and the same!
Lenhart Hansen, Melbourne, Australia
A: Lenhart, just start enjoying your aloneness so deeply. When you do that, people around you will not be able to tolerate your joy, your ecstasy! They will poke you, 'What are you doing? How is it happening?' They will try their best to imitate you! The moment they poke you, catch them and tell them about these truths!
Arathi, San Jose, Us
A: Two things: If your child is in Bharat, don't worry. Because the children in Bharat are not taking up that kind of stress. The only stress they take is the stress of education and that too only after the age of 14. Of course, I don't call the major cities of Bharat like Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Ahmedabad, Hyderabad as 'Bharat'. If you are living outside these cities of Bharat, they are not given the stress of education. They have not started enjoying the 'thought-aholic' state. So you don't have to worry.
But nowadays, kids are trained to enjoy the 'thoughtaholic' state and parents are proud about it. They feel pride if their kids are restless. I am happy that I was born to parents who are so completely insensitive to what YOU call as life. They are such nice villagers! They let me grow on my own, never putting that 'thought-aholic' state on me. They never put me into the constant comparison, peer pressure etc. So, if your child is in the space where peer pressure and 'thought-aholic' state have become a lifestyle, whatever you go through, your child also will go through. De-conditioning and cleansing will have to happen to your child also.
When you come for the Inner Awakening program, get your child for the eNgenius program, that's all.
Brahmanya From San Jose, Usa
A: The process has already started from this morning. Till 12-12-12 it will move to the peak. From 12-12-12 till 2015 it will stay in the same state. From 2015, it will start coming back to yesterday's level, but it will take 300 years for that.
So we are going to be in that space for three years when we will be creating such human beings that it will take 300 years for them to come down from that state. But I don't think you will come down from that state because the majority of the people will jump into that zone.
It is like this: If 30% of the monkeys jump into the human zone, all the other monkeys will automatically jump into the human zone. In the same way, if 30% of our population jumps into the jeevan mukti zone, the huge conscious shift will happen. So I don't think we will come back at all.
It is just like the Internet age. Can you go back from the internet age? No. But 15 years ago, none of you could have imagined the Internet age. But it has happened! Can you say that after 20 years the Internet age is going to disappear? No! It is only going to go into the higher and higher zones. I feel that in just the next few years, each of you will be wearing eye glasses with screens that show your avatar and even when standing in front of each other, you will be texting each other's avatar on the screens! It is going to go only to the extreme.
In the same way, once this jeevan mukta space opens, it is only going to go to that extreme. I don't see it coming down.
I see tremendous auspiciousness - mangalattwa happening.
Q: How To Distinguish Between Thought And Intuition? Kaushik Patel, Vadodara, Bharat
A: 'Thought' is 'mumbo jumbo' of your confusion. Intuition means you are in 'tuition' with the cosmos! That will not be mumbo jumbo of your confusion. You will just know very clearly you are in 'tuition'. As long as you have a doubt, be very clear it is not intuition. When your doubts are cleared, you are in intuition.
Nithya Devi From Singapore
A: I can say that the vitarka or 'feeling connection', 'feeling openness', is more than enough. That itself can lead you to the zero-engram state. But there is one danger. When you are friendly with people, they can put ideas into you, they can brief you. That can endanger your vitarka. That is why I say, even if you have vitarka, do the spiritual practices also. So your vitarka is never questioned or shaken. The spiritual practices will protect your vitarka and expand it.
Q: How Can We Help Others Who Are Not Connected With The Sangha (Refers To The Supreme Pontiff Of Hinduism Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam'S Movement) To Prepare For 2012?
A: Just tell them to watch the everyday satsaṅg (refers to the everyday morning talk aired live on the Internet) The sangha is not an island! Like how you say, 'dial an engineer', 'dial a lawyer' etc, now you can 'dial an avatar'!
We are starting this service everyday morning in a few days. So 'dial an avatar', that's all.
Sonal Kataria, Bangalore, Bharat
A: Tell them that their engrams are going to drastically reduce. Ask them, 'It is going to be like a wave. Are you going to go with that wave and get enlightenment or are you going to get drowned into it and get into depression?' That's it!
Deshkumar, Bangalore, Bharat
A: The best thing to do is, you radiating that bubbly joy. Be like a bubbly child, that's all, nothing else!
Ma Vedanta, Bangalore, Bharat
A: Yes it is possible. It is possible. Just tell them, 'Start enjoying unclutching. Learn unclutching and start enjoying it.'
Ma Nithya Ramani, Bangalore, Bharat
A: I am not saying you should completely renounce the inner chatter. You should know when to switch off and enjoy that switched-off state, that's all! You can switch on whenever you want, there is nothing wrong in that. When you want to do something creative, you can switch it on. Just the capacity to switch off is more than enough.
Q: Swami, What Practices Should I Do To Prepare For The Conscious Explosion And Jump Into Enlightenment? Akshay, Bangalore, Bharat
A: I have developed a very simple yet powerful Nithya Kriya – everyday technique - just for unclutching. Just like Nithya Kriya for migraine, Nithya Kriya for blood pressure, Nithya Kriya for diabetes, I have developed this. I sat and got into the extreme of clutching thoughts and did the reverse calculation of unclutching. I saw which are the nerves that need to be loosened and which parts of the body need to be tightened. I analysed the formula and worked out a very simple Kriya.
Q: Dear Swamiji, With The Changes Coming, Do You See The Financial Market Being Affected? Ma Ananda Manorama, Vancouver, Canada
A: I see a huge change in the financial market. All the direct wealth is going to have more value – like this furniture here which is your direct luxury, the car which you directly use – all these will acquire great value. But all the imaginary industries like the banking industry, the share market, the entertainment industry heroes, brokering, etc., all are going to collapse! All physical things like steel, metal, iron, gold, silver are all going to rise in value. All the imaginary markets that are merely numbers added inside computers will collapse. Diamond is an imaginary industry!
Only the printed currency that you have will matter. The values of one currency against another currency are going to drastically fluctuate and fall. You can also move more towards the agriculture-based industry, the real estate industry, the pharmaceutical industry which caters especially to the psychological problems, because there is going to be a huge depression. There will not be just one type of depression but different types of depression, like the different types of phobia!
So cultivate the right wealth consciousness.
Here I want to give a disclaimer. I am not a qualified financial consultant!
Q: How To Heal Our Own Body?
A: See your body has many different inner potential energies. In that, one energy is the energy of self healing. If you can awaken it by the proper practices, through the yogic processes, naturally you can heal your body. I have spoken about this science for hours. Around 2000 hours of my tips, techniques and processes are available on our Life Bliss Foundation YouTube channel. You can watch those. That will give you a lot of ideas, techniques, process and methods to heal your body.

Social Responsibility
We have a responsibility to become conscious and enlightened ourselves, and to select enlightened beings as the heads of our civilization, society, and country. The world urgently needs a few million enlightened beings in all major fields of bureaucracy and politics. Every area of public service needs them to protect Planet Earth.
Those beings who are already enlightened will not be affected or disturbed by the energetic shift, but for the many who have not adjusted, enlightened leadership will be crucial. And the greater the number of people who are very comfortable with the less-thought zone, the unclutched space, people who do not fall into depression, the easier it will be to support enlightened leadership.
When there are fewer thoughts and we have not accommodated, if we fall into depression, then even the smallest mistakes by others feel like too much to tolerate and we just declare war. War is nothing but an explosion of friction. No one needs a big reason for it. The friction goes on building until one small slip, one tiny infraction is enough. Our hand goes out to slap, and one slap is enough for the other person to reciprocate, to respond. Nothing else is required. No one needs a big reason to go to war.
If we want to spare ourselves, we can learn the science of unclutching. We can be comfortable with the space of fewer thoughts. Then we will not be harmed by 2012.
To properly avail ourselves of this great energy shift, we can seek enlightenment. To save Planet Earth, let us make
certain that all the people who are decision makers for our lives, the heads of our countries, the heads of our civilizations, the heads of our societies, our religious leaders, our political leaders, the people who think for us, the people who decide for us, are inspired to become enlightened.
We can inspire them to be in tune, to be comfortable with the space of fewer thoughts, so that they make the wisest choices for us. This is a very heavy social responsibility. Some people think if you get enlightened, that is enough. Now, that is not going to be enough. What are you going to do, just sitting on an empty island all by yourself, having a few trees which will give fruit for your food? Do not just help yourself by escaping, save a few other people also so that you can celebrate your life with them.
Let us reclaim the planet! Our ancestors, our elders, our predecessors, have put too much energy into developing our priceless civilizations. Let them not be destroyed by foolish unconscious politicians and unconscious religious theologians.
Theologians create hatred amongst each other and have become the basis for terrorism on Planet Earth. Let us instead promote cooperation, peaceful coexistence, ahiṁsā.
We have already discussed how each of us can adapt to the space of fewer thoughts through the practice of unclutching. Once we have established our own unclutching, we can begin to teach it to others. Each of us should pass the wisdom along to as many people as possible, so that the collective consciousness can adapt more swiftly. The faster we can expand the reality of enlightenment, the more rapidly we will witness the resolution of great global difficulties.
The science and technology of DNA activation, unclutching and other adaptive technology to save the Earth and raise its consciousness have been made available completely free in the social media, mass media and Internet. THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM requests that we take this science and spread it across the world like a wildfire. Let us spread this understanding especially to the decision makers, the people who decide for us. Let us give all of them this wisdom.
We can share with them the great truth of what Planet Earth is undergoing. She is actually giving birth. She is delivering a new consciousness.
Be an instrument to raise the whole consciousness to the next level. Conscious cosmic transition.
